Cancellation Policy
Cancellations considered within 7 days of order placement. Some orders already shipped may be ineligible.
How cancellations & refunds work
- Cancellations will only be considered if requested within 7 days of placing the order. If the vendor has already shipped the product, cancellation may not be possible.
- While DCE Technology does not accept all cancellation requests, we do provide refunds or replacements if the delivered product is found to be defective or not as described.
- Report any discrepancy to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product for prompt investigation with the merchant.
- If a refund is approved, it will typically take 6–8 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer's account depending on the bank/payment provider.
